I needed a break.
A minute to reflect on everything the previous theme rendered.
Check in on how I’m feeling.
Can I allow the healing of my past to continue without self-sabotaging myself?
Slight pressure, but this journey has been interesting.
From living in my own way and evolving into a person who is actually open to setting a foundation with God. Then surrendering to Him by letting go of what was and what I had in mind just to find out that every uncomfortable experience I go through works out for my good. All leading to me reconciling my past – that’s a lot in a short period of time. I feel the need to be still and settle into what I’ve learned.
Marinate and practice.
Practice living what I’ve learned and build from it. Better is a bumpy road, but I’ve found it completely worth it because it’s taught me that good things take time. Living slow keeps me from missing the little things that concrete the big things. I didn’t pray for these things, but God saw that it was necessary for my forward movement. The deposits of what I’ve learned adds value to my mind, my body and my soul and I’m grounded because of it.
Hydration.
I’ll rest in thankfulness for this journey because it’s a blessing. I’ll continue to allow God to lead me as I replenish from everything I’ve put out because He’s my redeemer.
Rest.
