Echoes of the Journey

With this theme being extended I feel the need to reflect.

The Beautiful Contradiction lead me to question if my internal fights would ever stop, and I was answered with a hard no. Which wound up working out for me because I found out that God will meet me in my mess. The liberation in learning that let me know that I could be flawed and free at the same time, and that alone is reason enough to continue this journey.

I’m still trying to get this bible thing down pact because it keeps me steady and balance in my relationship with Him. Thank goodness God looks at the heart because I’m totally learning as I go. I won’t even exhaust myself with trying to understand His plan because Isaiah 55:8 clearly states that His thoughts are not our thoughts, neither are His ways our ways. So who am I to stand in His way because blocking my blessing is not on the list.

And while I’m thinking about it, thank you God for this journey and for everyone out here just trying to get things right.

Overflowing at capacity taught me how to protect my peace. Church didn’t get me here, but coasting with God did. And because I chill with Him I’ve found my stride.

Spread the love
