Shoe designer Bruno Frisoni has announced his resignation from the Roger Vivier label. He has worked closely with the brand as their creative director for 16 years. There’s been no news on who will assume Frisoni’s position in his absence, nor has he spoken of what his next venture will be. However, the rumor mill is churning for Frisoni to currently be working on some big project, but the details of that big project has yet to be released. The final collection between Bruno Frisoni and Roger Vivier will take place during Paris Fashion Week the latter part of this month on February 27th, but you can still cop a pair of his designs via his website and boutiques worldwide.
Guess and Jennifer Lopez have released an iconic collection together, inspired by J-Lo’s Hollywood and Vegas career. The capsule consists of bodysuits, denim, dresses, and several types of accessories ranging from platform heels to handbags. The two recently celebrated the launch of the collaboration this past Wednesday at Guess’ headquarters in downtown Los Angeles. To help celebrate the occasion was Paris Hilton, Chanel West Coast, and of course Alex Rodriguez who accompanied Lopez at the event. Jenny from the block graced the soiree in a baby blue ensemble from Marciano’s Collection. Guess and Jennifer Lopez’s collection retailers from $19 to $598, so make sure to check it out here while supplies last.

Stance, known best for their ‘uncommon threads’ has recognized 90’s rap artists in their newest collection. N.W.A, Wu-Tang Clan, Eazy-E, and Bone Thugs and Harmony are amongst the music artists released within the sock retailer’s capsule. The only downside is that there is only one pair available in women’s sizes – the fuck?! With the feminist movement going hard in the paint, I thought it was mentally understood that pretty girls love trap music too. I won’t make time to be petty today because I still love Stance and all that they do, but if you’re looking to cop a pair of 90’s swag’a’dociousness look for the footwear to retail between $16 and $18 a pair here.

Free-spirit actress, Drew Barrymore and Crocs have collaborated to kick off the Drew Loves Crocs collection. The capsule consists of seven pairs of graphic slides and mules designed specifically by Barrymore herself. All seven designs surge springtime vibes, and luckily channeled for men, women, and children. The bundle is on sale now retailing from $30 to $50, but some styles are already selling out in particular sizes. With that said, if you’re really wanting to cop a pair of crocs or slides from this collection I would visit Croc’s website as soon as possible.

The premier of Black Panther took place at the Dolby Theatre last week in Hollywood, California. The entire cast was in attendance along with several supporters such as Issa Rae who rocked one of my favorite Rosie Assoulin dresses, Grown’ish star Yara Shahidi, rapper Snoop, and many more. It was truly a regal event as everyone arrived gracing the royal purple carpet in their designer and ethnic attire. Even though ‘official’ reviews have not been released the movie received a standing ovation, and countless accolades on social media. Director Ryan Coogler has been taking the success in strides even with the recent up rise from some Anti-Disney Group planning to sabotage the movie’s ratings with Rotten Tomatoes. It’s no secret that some people really have nothing more to do with their time than to commit to ignorance, but if the Anti-Disney Group thought they were mad, they’re going to be pissed to see how Black Panther’s pre-ticket sales are breaking records outselling all of the other previous superhero movies. Haters or not, you can’t get that kind of dedicated support from a jock strap.
